Wednesday, April 2nd from 11:00 am - 6:00 pm at Trek Alamo Heights Store, 5911 Broadway, San Antonio, TX 78209

Friday, April 4th from 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM at Garrison Brothers Distillery, 1827 Hye Albert Rd, Hye, TX 

Saturday, April 5th from 7:00 am - 8:00 am onsite at LBJ National Park 

* NOTE: ALL RIDERS MUST REGISTER ONLINE BEFORE THE RIDE. *
THERE WILL BE NO ON-SITE REGISTRATION ON THE DAY OF THE RIDE.

Per Park regulations, NO financial transactions will be permitted on the day of the ride. 
Please purchase any merchandise or spectator passes online in advance!

Ride Day Schedule

6:30 AM - Gates open/registered packet pickup

8:15 AM - Opening announcements

8:30 AM - 62-mi cyclists depart

8:45 AM - 42-mi cyclists depart

9:00 AM - 30-mi cyclists depart

9:15 AM - 16-mi cyclists depart

11:00 AM  Lunch begins - Old 300 BBQ, Altstadt beer, tea, and water​

3:30 PM Event Ends



Mandatory Pick-Up Rule for Routes 30-62 miles:

To ensure that all cyclists have returned to the start/finish line by 3:30 PM the following mandatory pick-up rule applies:  

• Cyclists traveling the 30 & 42-mile routes must have reached Rest Stop #9, located at Nebgen School, by 12:30 PM to continue the ride.  
  
• Cyclists traveling the 62-mile route must have reached Rest Stop #7, located at the intersection of FM 1320 and FM 2721, by 1:30 PM to continue the ride.  
  

Notice: No financial transactions, of any kind, including day of registration, will be allowed on National Park property. A pop-up tent, off-property, will be available for merchandise sales on the day of the event. Please plan accordingly.

Merchandise must be picked up at packet pickup or the ride; no merchandise will be shipped.
